real estate mogul and television celebrity, Donald Trump, and who generated a media reaction, saying that could be launched as a candidate for the U.S. presidency in 2012, announced Monday that it will remain a businessman.
"After considerable deliberation and reflection I have decided not to seek the presidency," Trump said through a statement.
With his usual style, the businessman said he would have won the Republican primary and general election, but also acknowledged that "not aspire to public office in half."
"Ultimately, business is my passion and I'm not ready to leave the private sector," he said.
Trump's flirtation with the Republican nomination included her public demand for President Barack Obama present his birth certificate from Hawaii.
Obama had shown a document confirming that he was from Hawaii, but given the importance that took the matter in the media as to whether or not there really was born in the United States, the President released his original certificate birth in April.
